Family with children comfortable but needs some improvements

The staff here is really something. Friendly and went above and beyond to get us the help we needed for an optician when one of my kids had an issue. The location is perfect, just a stone's throw from the train and there are plenty of nice little eating spots nearby.

The Bayswater offers a great central location, allowing easy access to shops and eateries. The staff is friendly and helpful, making for a pleasant stay. However, noise from the street and nearby projects made it difficult to sleep, affecting the overall experience.
